That night Eddie Van Halen accidentally overdosed after that gig and was luckily sped to a hospital where he recovered Everyone from the Ramones, Journey, The Runaways, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, John Mayall, Quiet Riot, Rainbow, Ronnie Montrose and tons of others played the Golden West Ballroom.
